Infinite Concepts, Wise Solutions merge with Gann as owner, president – Delta Democrat Times

A new year is on the horizon and so is a new chapter for local computing business Infinite Concepts and its former president and owner, Mark DiBiase.

DiBiase announced the news of his retirement from full-time management and employment from the ever-expanding company last week after 20 years of service.

In addition, he announced the merging of Infinite Concepts and Wise Solutions — a Greenville-based company which provides commercial and residential security solutions in the Mississippi Delta and surrounding areas and is owned by Keith Gann.

Wise Solutions’ services include alarm systems, surveillance installation, intercom and paging systems, access control (door locking and gate entry) and automation among others.

In a letter he wrote to Infinite Concepts’ customers, DiBiase thanked them for their belief in the company’s ability to serve their needs as it is a full service computer network design and administration firm.

“The great working relationships we share between your business and mine have been important elements in our mutual success in each of our markets. With this business combination, Keith Gann, owner of Wise Solutions, becomes the sole owner and president of the combined company,” DiBiase’s letter stated.

He also highlighted how the two companies have already worked closely on several construction projects, which entailed integrating Wise Solutions’ technologies with Infinite Concept’s IT infrastructure.

“With this business combination, those strengths will only be further amplified,” DiBiase pointed out in his letter. “The combined company will become your one-stop-shop in the Delta for complete and integrated IT business solutions.”

The City of Greenville, long-time and current client of Infinite Concepts, was formally addressed by DiBiase during the City Council’s regular meeting on Tuesday and he introduced Gann as the acting president of the company.

True to form, DiBiase began his remarks with a bit of humor and proceeded to thank the council for allowing him to provide IT services to the City for the last five and a half years.

“Over those 20 years I’ve enjoyed being a businessman here in Greenville, now it’s time for a different challenge,” he said.

Moving forward, DiBiase will dedicate his time largely to volunteerism as he noted he could be found every Tuesday and Wednesday at St. James Epispocal Church.

And, soon, he will begin his service as District Governor for Rotary Club District 6820.

“It starts in July and I have to visit 44 clubs. They all meet at noon so if you do that math, it takes nine weeks just to visit the clubs,” he shared, adding, “The IT business is not for the old man, I can tell you that right now.”

With that, DiBiase found the convergence of his and Gann’s business to be “very timely.”

He was even approached with offers to sell Infinite Concepts, but they were of no interest to him.
